1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Arad's 30 Under 30 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create an account and store your travel data
• Connect with friends on the platform

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or automate data collection

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining your password
• You are liable for all activities on your account

Account Termination

• We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered

4. Content & Ownership

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create
• You grant us a license to store and display your content
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your content

Our Content

• The App design and features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy or modify without permission

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' rights or intellectual property
• Upload illegal, obscene, or offensive content
• Harass or threaten other users
• Impersonate someone else
• Engage in fraud or deception
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension or deletion
• Legal action
• Reporting to authorities

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase, Google OAuth, and Google APIs. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We Provide "As-Is"

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

We Are Not Liable For

• Data loss or corruption
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
